Im neuen Story-Kapitel „Conqueror of Jiangdong" verfolgt man die Kämpfe von Sun Ce nach dem Tod seines Vaters Sun Jiang. Der Spieler reist durch Xiangyang und die Shentingling-Hügel und begegnet furchterregenden neuen Krabbensoldaten-Monstern sowie einigen der grimmigsten Kriegsherren des alten China, darunter Gan Ning und Taishi Ci. Das DLC-Paket enthält außerdem eine neue Langschwert-Waffe, ein neues Divine Beast, neue Endgame-Inhalte mit dem Titel „The Thousand Mile Journey" und mehr.
Zusätzlich zum kostenpflichtigen DLC ist ab heute ein kostenloses Update verfügbar, das Waffen aus „Lies of P“ enthält.
