Fallen Legion Revenants erzählt die Geschichte von Lucien, einem charismatischen Politiker und Rowena, einer Wiedergängerin, die sich widerwillig zusammenschließen um einen verrückten Tyrannen zu stürzen.

Etwas widerwillig verbündet sich Lucien mit der Wiedergängerin (Revenant) Rowena, die auf der Suche nach einem Weg zurück ins Leben ist, sodass sie sich um ihren lebenden Sohn kümmern kann. Gemeinsam schließen sie einen Pakt um den verrückten Tyrannen zu stürzen, der Welkin kontrolliert.
