Focus Home Interactive und Streum On Studio kündigen den neuen actiongeladenen Shooter Necromunda: Hired Gun an. Das Spiel basiert auf der von Games Workshop erschaffenen dystopischen Stadt Necromunda, angesiedelt im Warhammer 40.000-Universum, in der Gangs in den Nightmare Underhives ums nackte Überleben kämpfen.

Necromunda: Hired Gun erscheint am 30. Juni für PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 und Xbox One im Handel.
Spieler jagen ihre Ziele, upgraden ihre Waffen und, dank bionischer Verbesserungen, auch sich selbst und streichen bei Erfolg das ausgesetzte Kopfgeld ein.
Necromunda: Hired Gun ist ebenso schnell wie gnadenlos und bietet endlose Möglichkeiten, Feinde zu attackieren. Mithilfe von Wall-Runs, Doppelsprüngen und Greifhaken, die am Handgelenk montiert werden, können Spieler auf ihre Gegner zustürmen, sie entwaffnen oder ihnen ausweichen. Alles, vom Gehirn, über die Beine, bis hin zum tierischen Begleiter kann verbessert werden, indem die Kopfgelder für Upgrades eingesetzt werden.
Der Cyber-Mastiff ist der einzig wahre Begleiter – halb Hund, halb Roboter und bereit, im Austausch für Leckerlis zu töten. Er warnt vor Feinden, kann Gegner mit einem Biss in den Nacken sofort ausschalten und passt allzeit auf die Spieler auf. Im Gegenzug sollte er mit den besten Upgrades fit und gesund gehalten werden.
Die Handelsversion beinhaltet kosmetische Extras, inspiriert von den Necromunda Guilders.
