Hoy se estrena el videojuego TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE, un shooter en primera persona inspirado en las dos legendarias películas, disponible para PlayStation®4, Xbox One y PC a través de Steam®. El icónico editor de cómics Dark Horse Comics y el editor de videojuegos Reef Entertainment se han asociado para traer un pack de dos exclusivos cómics digitales, ¡TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE Zero Day Exploit Parte 1 & Parte 2! El pack estará incluido en las ediciones físicas en el estreno del videojuego* TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE y servirán a modo de expansión de los eventos relatados en la historia del juego.
Escritos por Arvid Nelson (Rex Mundi, Rage: After the Impact), TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE Zero Day Exploit cuenta con un apartado artístico a cargo de Andy MacDonald (The Terminator: 2029 to 1984,) y Pete Woods (Cryptocracy, Terminator Salvation: The Final Battle) con la labor de colorista a cargo de Dan Jackson (Stranger Things: Zombie Boys, Aliens) y con Nate Piekos of Blambot (The Mask: I Pledge Allegiance to the Mask, The Umbrella Academy) como rotulista. TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE Zero Day Exploit Parte 1 & Parte 2 cuenta con una portada elaborada por Raymond Swanland (Alien vs. Predator, Predator).
TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE Zero Day Exploit Parte 1 & Parte 2 actúa como expansión del juego, relatando las historias de los personajes claves de la División Sur de la Resistencia- la comandante Jessica Baron y el Dr. Edwin Mack. TERMINATOR: RESISTANCE Zero Day Exploit Parte 1 & Parte 2 profundizará en la narrativa principal del juego y los lazos entre los personajes, presagiando acontecimientos que se reflejarán ene l juego.
La primea parte se centra en la Comandante Jessica Baron – la líder de la División Sur de la Resistencia. Es tan fría y despiadada como las propias máquinas que ha jurado derrotar, pero también es efectiva y motivadora comandante.
La segunda parte se enfoca en el Dr. Edwin Mack el antiguo científico principal de la División Sur de la Resistencia. Tras cometer un error falta, que le costó la vida al anterior líder, ahora ha sido condenado al ostracismo y forzado a sobrevivir por su cuenta. Pero a pesar de sus reducidas habilidades sociales, es muy inteligente y está mejor equipado para comprender el funcionamiento de la tecnología de SKYNET.
