16:00 BST 14 AUGUST 2024: Dead Island 2 – the multimillion copy selling first-person action RPG – unleashes a massive free update on 22 October, bringing a wave of thrilling new content and features designed to elevate player´s zombie-slaying experience.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of New Game Plus and their wishes have been answered. Players can now dive back into the heart of HELL-A, armed with their favorite characters, weapons and a whole new set of challenges.
With increased difficulty, new enemies and additional skill slots, the fight against the undead will be more intense than ever before.
Patch 6 new content doesn’t end here. Introducing Neighborhood Watch, a brand new cooperative horde mode that pits players against relentless zombie swarms. As members of the Bobcats, a fresh trio of College survivors, players must defend their frat house In Venice from relentless waves of zombies.
With each successful playthrough, players will face new challenges and unlock different abilities, original weapons and thematic skins, for a unique and exciting experience.
